We turn unfinished, unused basements into finished rooms your family actually lives in. Moisture handled first, framing through flooring done right, and the permits pulled so it passes inspection.
Tell us how you want to use the space and we build around it. Some of the most common projects:
The most requested. A comfortable second living area for the whole house.
A quiet, separate place to work, away from the rest of the house.
A private space with a bedroom and bath for parents or grown kids.
Durable flooring, good lighting, and room to move.
An entertainment area with plumbing for a bar or kitchenette.
Built to code with proper egress, so it counts as real living space.
Added below grade with the right plumbing and venting.
An open, easy to clean space that keeps the toys in one place.
Because our own crew does the work from start to finish, the parts you never see are done right before any finish goes on. It is the reason our work holds up.
From the first look to the day you get the space back, here is the path.
We look at the space, check moisture and ceiling height, and talk through what you want it to become.
We lay out the rooms, choose materials, and send a written estimate with no surprises.
We pull permits and handle any waterproofing or drainage work before framing starts.
Framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and finish work, with one point of contact.
We walk the finished space with you, clear the punch list, and leave it clean.
We work throughout the South Shore from our home base in Stoughton, MA, bringing basement finishing to homes near the coast, the rivers, and everywhere between.
A few of the communities we work in across the South Shore:
Don't see your town? Give us a call — if you are nearby, we probably cover you.
Tell us about your project, whatever it is — the more detail, the better. We will come take a look and put a real number to it.
It depends on the size, the layout, whether you are adding a bathroom or wet bar, and how much moisture work the space needs first. The fairest way to get a real number is a free on site estimate, which we are happy to provide.
Sometimes, for a small, dry space with no bathroom and minimal moisture work. A larger basement, or one that needs a bathroom and waterproofing, costs more. We will look at your space and tell you straight, rather than promise a number we cannot hold to.
Moisture first, then framing and insulation rated for below grade, electrical and plumbing run to code, proper egress, and finishes last. Cutting the moisture step is the mistake that comes back to haunt people.
Moisture and mold from skipped waterproofing, missing egress, poor insulation, and flooring or materials not rated for below grade. We design around all four from the start.
Usually yes, especially for electrical, plumbing, and egress work. We pull the permits and handle the inspections as part of the job.
