We settle the layout, cabinets, counters, and finishes, and send a written estimate.
We order cabinets and materials and wait until they arrive before demo starts.

Fixtures, paint, and trim, then a walkthrough and cleanup.

It can cover a lighter update in a smaller kitchen, like refacing cabinets, new counters, or new fixtures. A full remodel with new cabinets and a new layout runs higher. We will tell you honestly what your budget buys.
Most run a few weeks once demo starts, depending on the scope. The biggest cause of delay is starting before the materials arrive, which is why we stage everything first.
If the work involves plumbing, electrical, or moving walls, yes. We pull the permits as part of the job.
